Mr. Lewis has more than 20 years of experience in the infrastructure mapping and GIS industry leveraging his background in software development, photogrammetry, data conversion and GIS integration. He has managed conversion efforts for several statewide enterprise GIS initiatives and likewise numerous county and municipal programs focused on water and wastewater applications. Having serviced customers in the water distribution field for many years, Dave brings a wealth of experience in areas such as valve and hydrant assessments, unidirectional flushing, flow test programs and the integration of GIS data.
